    Japanese dumplings with beef, Korean style

      Description

      Japanese style dumplings inspired by Korean taste with beef meat, red pepper, pear and gochujang paste. Deep frozen product.

      Ingredients

      White cabbage, wheat flour, 15.3% beef meat pieces, water, 5.4% red bell pepper, onion, 3.3% pear, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, sesame oil), chives, 1.6% gochujang paste (rice, water, corn syrup, red chili pepper powder, salt, soybeans, alcohol, hydrolyzed wheat protein, concentrated garlic juice, wheat gluten, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae), yeast extract, maltodextrin), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), sugar, salt, garlic, wheat gluten, modified starch, ginger, starch, acidity regulator: (citric acid), thickener (gellan gum), flavouring, preservative (E202), black pepper

      Preparation

      Fry in pan

      Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the frozen gyoza in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes on their flat side. Pour 1 cup of water (about 60 ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away.

      Deep frying

      Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.

      Steam

      Steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes.

      Airfryer

      Place gyoza separately and in a single layer. Fry at 200°C for about 8 minutes (depending on model) to achieve golden and crispy gyoza.
