Defrost
*Cold usage: Defrost and use. Defrosting and storing of the product in a refrigerator at maximum +7°C should be limited to 24 hours.
Combisteamer
Steam oven: 6 minutes at 100°C for 2.5 kg of frozen product in a perforated gastronorm.
Convection
Convection oven: In a convection oven at 180°C, cook 15 minutes for 2,5kg of frozen product in a full gastronorm.
