Steak Tartare is een product met een pure gekruide rundvleessmaak. Zeer geschikt om te combineren met een toastje en diverse toppings. Voorgestelde toppings zijn uitjes, augurkjes, mosterd en smaakjes mayonaise (zoals bijvoorbeeld truffel-, wasabi of knoflookmayonaise).
