Bereiding: 1.Kook de rijst. 2.Snijd de ui in halve ringen en de broccoli in roosjes, kook 2 min. voor. 3.Snijd de kip in stukjes en roerbak in 2 el wokolie tot goudbruin. Voeg de ui toe en bak nog 3 min. mee. 4.Voeg de currypasta, kokosmelk, 100 ml water en broccoli toe. Roer, breng aan de kook en laat 2-3 min. zachtjes koken. 5.Serveer met de rijst. Je hebt nodig: - 250 g kipfilet - 200 g broccoli - 1 ui - 225 g rijst - 200 ml kokosmelk - Conimex Wokolie Tip: Vervang kip door tofu of tempeh voor een plantaardige optie.
