Preparation
Bake in oven
De bevroren tournedos 24 uur laten ontdooien in de koelkast (max. 4°C). Oven (230°C): verwarm de oven voor met 20% stoom. Plaats de gemarineerde tournedos op een bakplaat in de oven. Rare: 4 minuten, medium: 6 minuten, well done: 9 minuten.
