Fry in pan
Cook from frozen. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan on high heat. Add the frozen imo mochi in the pan, pour 40 ml of water and cover with a lid for about 5 minutes. Take the lid off, let the water evaporate and fry both sides for 1 minute (around 30 seconds each side) until both sides are slightly golden and crispy.
Deep frying
Cook from frozen. Place the imo mochi on one layer in the basket. Cover at least half of the basket with products. Fry at 170°C for 4 minutes until they are slightly crispy. Cooking time may vary according to the number of pieces placed in the basket and your equipment.
