Fresh red chillies pureed with a little oil. This chilled red chilli puree is medium-hot and ready-to use because the chillies are already chopped into small pieces. It preserves the flavour and hotness of the red chillies. As it comes as a puree, it is easy to add to any dish. Ideal for soups, sauces and marinades.
