Egg pasta made from durum wheat semolina, boiled in water and quickly frozen, with a filling of ricotta and spinach.

47% Italian durum WHEAT semolina, 20.7% ricotta (MILK whey, MILK cream, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, brewer's yeast, salt), 9.4% fresh EGG, water, 3.4% spinach, aged hard CHEESE (MILK, salt, microbial rennet), salt, nutmeg, pepper, garlic.

Preparation
Boil

Heat
