Moussaka with feta and plant-based mince
This vegetarian moussaka features elaborate aubergine, soft potatoes, and richly seasoned vegan mince. A creamy cheese sauce mixed with feta adds a delicious smoothness, which completes the dish perfectly. An accurate alternative to the classic moussaka, full of flavour and meat-free!

Heat
Remove the lid. Reheat in a combi steamer at 150°C (with closed vent) until a core temperature of 72°C is reached. Once defrosted: store at refrigerator temperature (max. 3 days).
