Combisteamer
STEAM OVEN: At 100°C, cook 6 minutes for 2,5 kg of frozen product in a perforated gastronorm.
Convection
CONVECTION OVEN: In a convection oven at 180°C, cook 15 minutes for 2,5 kg of frozen product in a full gastronorm.
