Preparation
Barbecue
Put the defrosted product on the bbq. Turn regularly.
Fry on griddle
Fry both sides of the defrosted product on a 250°C cooking plate for 3 to 4 minutes.
Broil
Heat the product on a moderate re with a lump of butter. Turn regularly. Defrosted: ca. 4 min. Frozen: ca. 7 min. The baking times mentioned are averages.
