This is no less than 74%! This means that the oil has an extremely neutral flavour in the product and that it is extremely powerful. When it is heated, the oil remains light in colour for a long time and it does not become cloudy quickly. You cannot smell the oil in the area in which you are frying and the oil does not leave behind much of a deposit in the fryer.
