Instructions:
Add the tea bag to cold water, let it infuse for 5 minutes and shake gently for optimal infusion. Leave the bag in the bottle and serve. Consume within 8 hours after preparation.

Dosage
1. Vul een herbruikbare waterfles met 500 ml koud water (zonder of met bruis). 2. Doe er een theezak e in en laat 5 minuten trekken. 3. Schud de fles voorzichtig voor een betere infusie. 4. Laat het theezakje in de fles en geniet binnen 8 uur.
