De Eierpannenkoekmix Plus NL-BIO-01 van Koopmans Professional is de perfecte basis voor iedere pannenkoek. Het beslag is eenvoudig te bereiden door alleen water toe te voegen.

Preparation
Dosage
Per kg of mix, add 1650 ml of water. Mix with water until a smooth batter is obtained and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes. Yield per bag (5 kg): approximately 55 pancakes Ø 30 cm.
