Description
Wasabi powder based on Japanese horseradish. Make wasabi paste by adding water to the dry powder. Light green and with an intense wasabi flavour.

Horseradish, mustard flour, tapioca starch, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), colours (E102, E133)
Colouring E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Preparation
Dosering
Add 200ml of water to 100g of wasabi powder and knead well. Adjust the amount of water or powder to the desired taste. After preparation, store the wasabi in an airtight plastic container and the refrigerator to maintain its flavour and sharpness.
