Mix met water tot glad beslag roeren. Beslag laten rijzen en daarna 5 minuten bakken op 180-190 graden. Ongevuld beslag: 30 min. laten rijzen, daarna doorroeren en dan nog eens 20 min. laten rijzen Gevuld beslag: 40 min. laten rijzen, daarna doorroeren en dan nog eens 30 min. laten rijzen Bak de oliebollen op 180-190 graden ca. 5 minuten. Draai na 3 minuten de oliebollen om.
