Description
This traditional Dutch treat, made with free-range eggs, offers countless possibilities for variations. Of course, you can serve classic mini pancakes (poffertjes) with powdered sugar and butter, but combinations with fresh fruit, quark, chocolate, or caramel are also delicious. Heat the poffertjes in the oven, pan, or microwave and serve with creative toppings. Each box contains 30 bags with at least 12 mini pancakes per bag.
