Andalouse sauce is a slightly spicy sauce that originally comes from Spanish Andalusia. The characteristic ingredients are mayonnaise, tomatoes, paprika and a pinch of pepper. Prepared with free-range eggs and of course gluten-free. Delicious with fries and smoskes.
