Our spelt muesli actually contains only spelt, not the (usual) 10 percent. Spelt is an ancestor of wheat; a strong grain that fits well in its shell. This protects the grain against diseases and environmental influences. Add a few scoops of this extra-rich spelt muesli to your yogurt or milk and enjoy! Intended use: This muesli is suitable for all ages from 5 years.
