    Bereidingswijze

    Bakken pan

    Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Circa 10 minuten om en om bakken op halfhoog vuur. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.

    Frituren

    Circa 4 minuten verhitten in vet of olie van 180 °C. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74 °C in de kern.

    Combi steamer

    Circa 14 minuten met 40% vocht verwarmen op 220 °C.
