Preparation
Bake in oven
Heat at 140 °C with 50% moisture for approximately 15 minutes.
Microwave
Heat for approximately 2 minutes at 750 Watt.

Tip: Defrost all frozen products slowly. These cooking times apply to thawed products. Heat in warm (not boiling) water for approximately 3 minutes. Heat the product to at least 74°C at the core.
Defrost
Defrost the product in the refrigerator overnight.
