Herbs in oil, based on the cuisine of the Iberian peninsula (Spain and Portugal in particular). This marinade is mostly used as a flavouring for grilled dishes. The tangy taste of fresh garlic, grated lemon peel and sage make this marinade extremely suitable for meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The brush marinade can be applied after grilling, which means it will not burn.
