      Description

      This Gelatine Powder is suitable for binding desserts, fruit jellies, and savory dishes. This powder has a gelling strength of 250 Bloom. Gelling strength: 250 Bloom. Add 20 grams of gelatine powder per liter of liquid and gently heat the bloomed gelatine liquid with the other ingredients. Use this gelatine powder, for example, to make fruit pastries or to set a cold tart.

      Preparation

      Soak

      Gelatineblaadjes in ruim koud water 10 min. laten wellen voor gebruik. Gelatineblaadjes uitwringen en door de warme te binden vloeistof roeren. Gerecht enkele uren in de koeling plaatsen.
