the traditional form with the flavors of the moment to large and small
meatballs with character. From chicken to pork mince. We source the ingredients from close by as much as possible. Whichever ball you choose, they all have a refined taste and a smooth, loose structure. Because that is the secret of our minced meat.

Bereidingswijze
Fry in pan
Defrost frozen products slowly. Preparation times apply to defrosted products. Heat the product to a core temperature of at least 74 °C. Pan: Heat meatball in gravy, butter or in a covered pan for approx. 12 minutes over medium heat.
Deep frying
Deep-fry for approx. 4 minutes in fat or oil at 180 °C.
Microwave
Heat for approx. 5 minutes at 750 watts.
Combisteamer
Heat for approx. 25 minutes at 140 °C with 100% steam.
