Deep fryer: Heat fat or oil to 180°C. Cooking times: thawed 4 minutes, frozen 6 minutes. Do not cook more than 4 to 5 croquettes at a time in a normal deep fryer. Do not exceed the maximum cooking time and temperature specified.
