No preparation required
Perfect for cold fillings. For a crispy texture: their solid textureallows easy cutting with a knife so you can fill the choux pastry withcustard, whipped cream or ice cream. Decorate and serve. For a softtexture: fill the choux pastry and place them at least 4 hours in therefrigerator.
