Go-Tan Oestersaus
Oestersaus is een klassieke smaakmaker in de Chinese keuken. De saus is bij uitstek geschikt om roerbakgroenten een bijzondere smaak te geven. Roerbak de groenten in een klein beetje olie en voeg een scheut oestersaus toe als ‘finishing touch’.
