Preparation
Deep frying
Heat fat or oil to 175°C. Cooking times: thawed 2 minutes, frozen 4 minutes. Do not cook more than 4 to 5 croquettes at a time in a normal deep fryer. Do not exceed the maximum cooking time and temperature specified.
