Description
Koopmans Professional’s Complete American Pancake Mix is made according to authentic American recipes. With this mix made from free-range eggs, you can easily bake fluffy, thick pancakes. The batter doesn’t spread in the pan, so there’s no need for a ring. The pancakes stay warm for about 90 minutes in a chafing dish and can be reheated after cooling. One kilo of American pancake mix is enough for about 60 small pancakes weighing 25 grams each.
