    Preparation

    Verwarmen

    Pan: Al roerend verhitten of gesloten verpakking 50 min. in een pan leggen met heet water - tegen de kook aanhouden. Combisteamer: - In gesloten verpakking: (alleen stomen) Oven voorverwarmen op 120°C. Daarna 50 min. op 99°C en 100% stoom. - In gastronorm schaal: (convectie en stoom) Schep over in een rvs schaal. Oven voor-verwarmen op 170°C. Daarna 40 min. verwarmen op 140°C en 100% stoom.
