The vegan bitterballen from Rotterzwam are made from oyster mushrooms and are intended for deep-frying. The weight of one bitterbal is 32 grams and it contains more than 30% oyster mushrooms! These mushrooms are not only known for their savory taste but also for their meaty texture, creating an authentic sausage-like experience without any animal ingredients.
