      Preparation

      Heat

      Pan: Al roerend verhitten of gesloten verpakking au bain marie 60 min. in een pan met heet water leggen en het water tegen de kook aanhouden. Combisteamer: - In gesloten verpakking: (alleen stomen) Oven voorverwarmen op 120°C. Daarna 60 min. op 99°C en 100% stoom. - In gastronorm schaal: (convectie en stoom) Schep over in een rvs schaal. Oven voorverwarmen op 170°C. Daarna 30 min. op 140°C en 100% stoom.
