Pesto made from ramsons
Pesto made from ramsons. Ramsons, the leaves of which taste like garlic and onion, is extremely popular in German an Balkan cuisine. The raw leaves are chopped finely and used in salads and soups. However, they are used in marinades, pestos, bread and cheese too, as this ingredient has a very delicate flavour. Precisely its tangy, herby flavour makes it extremely suitable for a pesto.
Ramsons (24%), sunflower oil, olive oil, parsley (12%), water, PECORINO CHEESE (8%), garlic, pine nut (5%), salt (1,5%), pepper, lemon juice, acid (lactic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), stabilizers (guar gum, xantan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)
Cheese is made with animal rennet.
