Bereidingswijze
Heat
Pan: Heat while stirring or place the sealed package in a bain-marie for 60 minutes in a pan with hot water, keeping the water just below boiling. Combisteamer: - In sealed package: (steam only) Preheat the oven to 120°C. Then cook for 60 minutes at 99°C with 100% steam. - In gastronorm pan: (convection and steam) Transfer to a stainless steel pan. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Then cook for 30 minutes at 140°C with 100% steam.
