Deze opgerolde Varkensmiddels worden, na in bouillon te zijn gegaard, terug gekoeld. Vervolgens wordt de oven opgestookt tot 240⁰C. Zodra de oven deze temperatuur bereikt heeft gaan de middels erin om gedurende 2,5 uur krokant te worden.
