Preparation
Deep frying
Heat fat or oil to 175°C. Frying time: Defrosted ± 4 minutes (max. 5 minutes), frozen ± 6 minuten (max. 7 minutes). Fry no more than 10 bitterballen items at the same time in a normal deep frying pan. Do not exceed the maximum preparation times and baking temperatures.
