Fry in pan
Frying pan: Heat 1 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 6 - 8 minutes.
Defrost
Thaw: Defrost the frozen vegetables at room temperature and season as required.
Convection
Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly coat the frozen vegetables with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 10-15 minutes.
