Ardo quick-frozen vegetables: Grilled aubergines parrilla - Slices
Ideal as antipasti or a grilled dish.
Courgettes, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, in varying proportions).

PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Stir fry: Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen grilled vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Convectie
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly coat the frozen grilled vegetables with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 10-15 minutes.
