      This Biscuit Mix is an excellent base for baking light cakes and sponge layers. The cake bases remain fresh and tender for a long time, making them the perfect choice for beautiful cakes. Just add eggs and water, bake a delicious sponge cake, let it cool, and decorate it with buttercream, fruit filling, chocolate drips, or other creative ingredients. One kilogram of Dr. Oetker Professional Biscuit Mix is enough for 3 cakes of 24-26 cm.

      Preparation

      Bake in oven

      Benodigdheden voor 1 taart Ø 24 of 26 cm: 300 g biscuitmix, 250 g heelei (5 eieren) en 50 ml water. Bereiding Vet een bakvorm in met bakspray. Doe de biscuitmix, de eieren en het water in de keukenmachine en mix op de laagste stand goed door elkaar. Klop het geheel daarna op de hoogste stand in ca. 8 min. tot een luchtig beslag. Verdeel het beslag over de bakvorm en bak de taart in 30-35 min. gaar. Laat de taart vervolgens op een rooster afkoelen en haal na ca. 10 min. uit de bakvorm. Laat goed afkoelen voor verdere bereiding.
