Frikandel/Mincemeat sausage
NOMM'it (by VA Foods) creates products that essentially exclude 24 allergens from the LeDa list and guarantee the absence of 14 legally required labeling allergens, including lactose. The frikandel contains 73% mechanically separated chicken meat and 11% beef. We avoid artificial colors and controversial flavor enhancers in all our products, and we monitor the use of salt. The goal is for people with or without allergies/intolerances, vegetarians, and even vegans, to be able to enjoy delicious and healthier meals together again.

Bereidingswijze
Bake in oven
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for approximately 13 minutes. Do not exceed the stated maximum cooking time and baking temperature. Wait at least 1 minute after cooking before serving.
Barbecue
Medium heat, turning regularly. We recommend always following your barbecue manufacturer's instructions. Do not exceed the stated maximum cooking time and cooking temperature. Wait at least 1 minute after cooking before consuming.
Deep frying
Fry the mincemeat sausage in vegetable oil at 170°C. Frozen: ± 4 minutes To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend not frying allergen-containing products in the deep fryer. For the best quality, we recommend frying the frikandellen directly from the freezer (do not thaw) and cooking them in vegetable oil. The times listed are approximate. Therefore, we recommend testing the exact cooking time.
Airfryer
Cooking time: 6 minutes - preheated Air Fryer to 200°C. After cooking, wait at least 2 minutes before serving. Do not exceed the stated maximum cooking time and temperature. To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend not frying allergen-containing products in the Air Fryer. For the best quality, we recommend frying the frikandellen directly from the freezer (do not thaw) and cooking them in vegetable oil.
