Chutney is the classic flavouring used in Indian and Pakistan cuisine. Traditionally served with hot curries. The chilled chutney has a broad flavour palette of sweet, sour and hot. The combination of tomato, onion, vinegar and green pepper make this sauce very versatile. A perfect flavouring to go with bread, cheese or as an accompaniment for grilled meat (beef).
