This tapenade has subtly sweet flavour, with a hot accent and is based on the flavours from Slavic cuisine. The chilled, tangy bell pepper tapenade consists of sun-ripened bell pepper, horseradish and parsley which give the tapenade a rich flavour and a bright-red colour. Extremely suitable as a spread for bread dishes and as a flavouring in sauces.
