A glossy finish with BackGlanz
BackGlanz is an alternative to egg wash as a gloss and browning agent. BackGlanz is sprayed very thinly onto all dough pieces when they are fully risen or onto the products after baking. After use, the surface of the baked goods has a golden-yellow browning and a beautiful, fresh shine that matches that of the egg wash. BackGlanz produces a constant, even browning and not, as is often the case with eggs, unsightly dark drops or cast seams. Simply remove the PE bag from the box and open it, pour BackGlanz into the spray boy, apply air pressure and off you go.
