Preparation
(voor 4 personen): verhit boter of olie in een braadpan en braad 1 kg stoofvlees aan tot een lichtbruine kleur. Voeg deze mix en een gesneden ui toe en bak kort mee. Voeg een blikje tomatenpuree (34 g) toe en blus af met 250 ml water. Laat voor circa 2 uur op laag vuur stoven. Voeg het laatste half uur een gesneden paprika toe.
