Gegrillde Mosterd Rollade
Traditionele buik rollade ingerold met mosterd. De rollades worden licht gezouten om vervolgens door te kleuren. Na het doorkleuren worden de buiken bestrooit met mosterd. Het braadproces zorgt voor een prachtig en lekker eindproduct!
