Een mini pie "Beluga Lentils & Sweet Potato"is een op Nieuw-Zeelandse wijze geproduceerd vegetarisch hartig mini taartje, gebakken in de oven, met een vulling van Beluga linzen, zoete aardappel e.a. groenten in een pittige saus.

Preparation
Verwarmen
pies laten ontdooien, hierna 8 - 10 minuten verwarmen in een voorverwarmde over op 170° C. Kan ook in een voorverwarmde airfryer voor 6 - 8 minuten op 160°C. (Let op NIET in de magnetron!)
