Voor de bereiding van 1 zakje Alsa mix, gebruik 325g biscuit of lange vingers,325 ml milde koffie en 40 g cacao 1) Meng de mix met de melk en room.Met een mixer gedurende 2 minuten op gemidelde snelheid mixen. 2)Doordrenk het biscuiit of de lange vingers met koffie.Bedek de bodem van een schaal met de helft van de koek gevolgd door de helft van het mengsel, herhaal dit nogmaals. 3) Bestrooi met de cacao. Minstens 1 uur in de koeling laten rusten alvorens te serveren.
