Description
Luxe krokante speltkoek met appel en kaneel gedecoreerd met havervlokken om zelf af te bakken.

Preparation
Geen bereiding noodzakelijk
De koeken worden geleverd als rond deegstukje van ongeveer 65 mm doorsnede. Bij het bakken vloeit dit deegstukje uit tot een koek van 90 mm. Bakadvies: minimaal 1 uur ontdooien, bakken bij 175°C, ongeveer 18 min. Na het bakken zijn de koeken nog zacht, minimaal 10 min koelen.
