Onze Emping is een ambachtelijke notenchips. De noten worden geplukt uit Melindjo bomen in tuintjes op Java. In het dorp worden ze handmatig gepoft, geplet en zongedroogd. Eén Emping bestaat uit drie tot vijf noten. Wij bakken ze goudgeel in plantaardige olie. Ons familiebedrijf is al decennia de Emping specialist! Emping wordt gegeten bij de maaltijd of als snack. Zonder toevoegingen, puur natuurlijk! De smaak is nootachtig en licht bitter, soms strooit men er iets zout op.
