Préparation
VOEDINGSINFORMATIE Overleg altijd de juiste hoeveelheid voeding en verdeling over de dag (op basis van o.a. leeftijd, lengte en gewicht) met je verloskundige, consultatiebureau of arts. Onderstaand voedingsschema is een richtlijn en is geldig vanaf de leeftijd van 7 dagen. Gebruik 1 afgestreken maatschepje per 30 ml water. Het is belangrijk dat een kindje rustig drinkt. Bij voorkeur duurt een voedingsmoment tussen de 20 en 30 minuten. Door te veel, te weinig, niet goed opgeloste voeding of te snel drinken, kan je kindje last krijgen van zijn buikje. Je kindje geeft zelf aan wanneer hij genoeg heeft gehad, hij hoeft een fles dus niet altijd helemaal leeg te drinken.
